Located in the heart of Spata, Tsouris Winery preserves a long-standing family tradition of viticulture and winemaking, honoring one of Greece’s most ancient vineyard regions. Under the direction of Lefteris Tsouris, the family produces wines that reflect the history and culture of the Attican landscape.

Estate Vineyards & Organic Practice

The winery maintains total control over production quality through a dedicated focus on the land:

• Estate-Grown: All grapes come exclusively from the family’s own vineyards.
• Organic Farming: The family employs organic methods with very low yields to ensure the highest raw material quality.
• Varieties: While the iconic Savatiano is the primary focus, the estate also cultivates Assyrtiko and Merlot, complemented by Agiorgitiko sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Asprokampos, Nemea.
